Refund policy

I have a no return policy since all sets are hand painted. There are also no returns due to sizing issues since I offer a sizing kit, and state that you must know your nail sizes before placing an order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
