Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting my small business! I want to provide you with the best shopping experience possible.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 14-21 business days of receiving payment. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but I will notify you if there are any delays.
  • Please keep in mind that it's only me making your sets to order and I want them to be the best they can be! Please have patience. On top of making sets, I work a full-time job so I don't have much time throughout the week to work on orders.

Shipping Methods and Rates:

  • I ship using USPS, normally using ground advantage.
  • Estimated delivery is up to five days, not including sundays
  • I offer free shipping on all orders

 

Shipping Destinations:

  • I currently ship within the United States. Unfortunately, I do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for the tracking number to become active.

Delivery Estimates:

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. See shipping method above.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • BECLAWZZ is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. However, I will work with you to resolve any shipping issues that may arise.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • I do not allow returns or refunds since all sets are handmade.
  • I do not allow returns or refunds due to sizing issues since I offer sizing kits and mention to include the correct sizes before ordering.
